About Ghetto Wookie

Ghetto Wookie is a cosmic funk-rock collective that doesn’t tour — it invades. Fronted by fallen Wookie royalty Bodacious Scraggleton XIII and velvet-smooth Shag Fantastiq, the band blends deep-space groove, outlaw swagger, and mythic spectacle. With Luna Voce’s prismatic vocals, Drumma Kaan’s gravity-bending rhythm, and DJ Astrognome warping time itself, Ghetto Wookie turns every performance into an interstellar event that leaves planets changed long after the last note fades.

Bodacious Scraggleton XIII

Bodacious Scraggleton XIII is a mesmerizing Wookie of radiant copper-gold fur, broad-chested and effortlessly regal, with a grin that mixes royal authority and streetwise mischief. He is the last scion of a fallen interstellar groove dynasty, once crowned in literal gold and power. Bodacious now wears cheap paper crowns as deliberate self-mockery and quiet defiance—reminders that true rule comes from rhythm, not thrones. Tattered, playful, and worn with pride, the crowns turn lost royalty into living satire. With The Solarcaster in hand, he leads not by decree, but by groove, daring empires to dance instead of kneel.

Shag Fantastiq

Shag Fantastiq is the Velvet Titan of Bass—a tall, sleek Wookie with deep mahogany fur shot through with violet-silver undertones and braids adorned in gold. His movements are unhurried, sensual, and precise, as if the groove itself flows through his limbs. Shag plays with effortless confidence, making gravity feel optional and crowds lean in before the first note lands. His signature hybrid instrument, The Thang, blurs the line between bass, sax, and didgeridoo, breathing low-end truth into the air. Equal parts romantic and menace, Shag doesn’t overpower a room—he seduces it, one irresistible vibration at a time.

Luna Voce

Luna Voce is the Amethyst Siren of Trion-6, a commanding humanoid vocalist whose presence feels mythic and untouchable. Her rich purple skin carries a subtle cosmic sheen, and her unnaturally bright green eyes burn with focused, laser-like intensity. Tall, poised, and regal, Luna’s beauty is deliberate rather than cute—divine, controlled, and powerful. When she sings, her voice manifests as visible color and light, refracting through space like crystalline aurorae. Equal parts discipline and fire, Luna anchors Ghetto Wookie’s chaos with precision, elevating every performance into something transcendent, dangerous, and unforgettable.

Drumma Kaan

Drumma Kaan is Ghetto Wookie’s four-armed rhythmic catalyst, widely known as the Groove Chimp. Compact, athletic, and dark-furred, with rasta-style dreads and an easy, magnetic smile, he layers polyrhythms with three arms while the fourth punctuates time itself. Drumma’s charisma is legendary: rumors place his suspected offspring near five hundred, scattered across systems he’s energized. In the wake of his grooves, entire rhythm cults have arisen in once-silent star systems, communities awakened by beat. A charming, irresistible rake, Drumma doesn’t just keep time—he  seeds movement wherever he plays.

DJ Astrognome

DJ Astrognome is a diminutive, ageless temporal turntablist whose small stature hides immense cosmic power. With a long white beard, pointed ears, glowing goggles, and robes threaded with starlight circuitry, he looks like a wizard who learned to DJ instead of cast spells—though the results are similar. Astrognome doesn’t just mix records; he manipulates time signatures, bending past, present, and future into a single eternal groove. His turntables function as temporal instruments, scratching moments as easily as vinyl. Quiet, focused, and mischievously precise, Astrognome ensures that once Ghetto Wookie locks a rhythm, it never truly ends.
